DOMINION Varieties

DOMINION was released by Virginia Tech Intellectual Properties, Inc. It is a soft red winter wheat that has a late maturity, short variety with awnletted heads. This variety is broadly adapted and has a high yield. It is resistant to powdery mildew, but moderately susceptible to stripe rust, Septoria leaf blotch, glume blotch, tan spot, wheat spindle streak mosaic virus and is moderately resistant to fusarium head blight. US PROTECTED VARIETY and can be sold only as a Class of Certified Seed – 1994 PVPA. Variety Producers
