NC 471 Varieties

NC 471 was released by the Flue-Cured Tobacco Variety Evaluation Committee in December of 2003 and by the Breeders Release Board in July 2004. It is an F1 tobacco hybrid cross that was derived by crossing the cytoplasmic male sterile breeding line NC 1127 and the cultivar NC 810. NC471 is a flue-cured hybrid that offers a disease resistance package to TMV, black shank, and bacterial wilt. It has large.
