OXFORD 207 Varieties

OXFORD 207 is a conventional variety developed by North Carolina State University from a cross between Coker 371 and K 399. It has high resistance to black shank and Granville wilt. Oxford 207 produces average yields with nearly 19 leaves spaced relatively close together on a medium height plant. Yield was similar to that of K 346 but with a lower grade index. Seed of Oxford 207 will be available through Raynor Certified Tobacco Company, Rocky Mount, NC and RG Seed Company, Oxford, NC in both pelleted and regular form. Variety Producers
