PRIZM-M60 Varieties

PRIZM-M60 was released by David L. Doguet, Daric Doguet, and Virginia G. Lehman near Poteet, TX. It is a variety of Zoysia matrella discovered in a collection of seedling plants. Prizm was identified in 2011 as a distinctly different vegetative patch or clonal plant differing from the surrounding plants. Prizm zoysiagrass can be used as a turfgrass suitable for home lawns, sports fields, and golf course greens and tees. Prizm was selected for fine texture, extensive rhizome development, disease resistance, and growth habit. Prizm is licensed by Bladerunner Farms and may be sold only by licensed growers.
